These group dance classes are specifically tailored to suit women who have had a baby recently. They’re a perfect way to release stress and tension, to improve strength and fitness, and to feel good.
These dance classes are safe and easy on your postnatal body, but highly effective. A great way to meet other parents and to enjoy yourself!
